Feather Paper Garland

Beautifully crafted from Lokta paper, which is made from the bark of the Daphne shrub through an ancient, eco-friendly (non-wood forest product) paper making process. Garland measures approximately 6 feet with 24 different colorful feathers. Every garland is unique and varies from picture, with hand felted balls on each end.
